Refund policy
We hope you love shopping with TecTrich®. Here are our refund and return policies to help make sure we meet your expectations.
REFUNDS
If you are would like to claim a refund we simply ask that you contact us with your request within 14 days of the date you receive your order. You can contact us by using the website contact form or by emailing suppport@tectrich.com. Refunds are issued upon receipt of returned goods. We refund the full amount back to the card / PayPal account that was used for the purchase. Please note that depending on your card issuer the refunded payment can take up to 7 days to appear back in your account.
COLOUR SWAPS & REPLACEMENTS
We may be able to swap colours for free, you can submit a request by using the website contact form or by emailing suppport@tectrich.com within 2 days of the date you receive your order. We may replace or refund goods which are damaged or faulty and this is judged on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to issue a refund and not replace where we consider the claim to be fraudulent. In all cases we must be contacted within 2 days of order receipt.
